Structural Issue Identified

Following a detailed building survey carried out by Draw Plans’ experienced team, we identified significant structural instability in two large chimney stacks. Both stacks were leaning and posed an immediate safety risk to residents and the general public. Our report recommended urgent action: the removal and complete reconstruction of the top 5 metres of each stack.
