This ground-floor flat in Norwood originally featured a small rear addition and dated internal layout. Our brief was to design an extension that would not only enhance the existing space but create a brand-new bedroom — adding significant value to the property.

The original flat had a cramped kitchen and sunroom arrangement that no longer met the needs of modern living. Our redesign removed the outdated addition and replaced it with a full-width rear extension featuring crisp render finishes, black aluminium glazing, and a central pyramid rooflight that floods the space with natural light.
