DO I NEED PLANNING PERMISSION FOR MY EXTENSION?
Most single storey extensons fall within the permitted development rules and do not require a planning application providing certain limits and conditions are met. Two storey extensions are more likely to require planning permission as there are additional limits and conditions to be met.

In most cases we can do a measured survey within 7-10 working days and create the design plans within a further 7-10 working days.

DO I NEED PLANS FOR A PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT EXTENSION?
Yes, you will always need plans for any kind of build project. The builder will need drawings and you will also need drawings to obtain a certificate of lawful development.
